Personal Marketing Assistant Jobs in Altamonte Springs, FL at AVG/GG
We have 3 companies that are growing quickly. We’re looking for someone to assist our salesman and upper management with both personal assistant type tasks and sales related tasks.
Working hours: 25 to 40 hours a week
Personal Assistant Duties:
– light cleaning around the house
– dog sitting
– shopping for business & personal items
– daily calls for personal matters
– organization of the office, files and home
Marketing
– editing emails
– inputting leads into CRM for salesman
– driving to sales meetings
– Qualify customers for sales people to see if they want to learn more
– screening locations for Breathalyzer machines
– updating social media accounts
Ideal Candidate
– must be able to travel (15-20%of the time) all travel expenses are fully paid for with a per diem
– must be a good driver
– clean driving record
– positive upbeat attitude
– be able to work in fast paced environment
– must be good with dogs
