- Manage complex calendars using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
- Coordinate various projects by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Handle all aspects of office management including filing, data entry, document proofreading, transcription, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide executive administrative support by preparing correspondence, managing phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems, and assisting with email communications.
- Oversee bookkeeping responsibilities utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.
- Assist with event planning for corporate or personal functions, including venue arrangements, vendor coordination, and logistics management.
- Perform personal assistant duties such as managing personal appointments, running errands, and handling confidential information discreetly. Skills
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support or as a personal assistant with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry tools.
- Skilled in project coordination with the ability to multitask efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional typing speed combined with proofreading and transcription abilities for accurate documentation.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks and electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign.
- Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing superior customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, front desk duties, and office experience that supports seamless daily operations.
