We are seeking a professional and highly organized Personal Secretary to support daily business operations. The role involves administrative coordination, communication management, and assisting with executive-level tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Handle business calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
- Assist in travel planning and meeting arrangements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
- Ability to handle confidential business information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Experience in a corporate or business environment
Working Hours:
10 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)
