We are seeking a professional and highly organized Personal Secretary to support daily business operations. The role involves administrative coordination, communication management, and assisting with executive-level tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle business calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
  • Assist in travel planning and meeting arrangements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional attitude and presentable personality
  • Ability to handle confidential business information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • Experience in a corporate or business environment

Working Hours:
10 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Work Environment:
Professional office setting with a focus on business operations and coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month
