Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Personal Assistant will provide day-to-day support to executives by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating appointments. Additional responsibilities include managing clerical tasks, organizing documents, and facilitating communication between team members and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong organization and Diary Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Competence in Clerical Skills, including document organization and office management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workloads
- High level of discretion and professionalism in managing confidential information
- Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
