Personal Assistant Jobs in Tampa at American Medical Clinic LLC

Responsibilities:

  • They should be able to perform specifically delegated substantive long term and short term projects
  • Assistants typically perform tasks requiring knowledge of the Microsoft office and Gmail
  • Photocopy documents/run errands
  • Have knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets with formulas, etc.
  • Perform office duties delegated by Office Manager &/or Owner
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for owner and admin staff.
  • Support various office functions including: preparing correspondence, answering phones, monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining calendars, and various other assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
  • Accounting/budget experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to implement standard office procedures/practices and able to operate office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous successful experience in an office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with the business industry and staff members
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
