Construction company looking for an experienced

Permit Technician/Office Assistant

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering phones

Communicating with customers

Prepare and file permit applications and associated paperwork

Data entry, filing, etc.

Keep track of and order office supplies as needed

Light cleaning of the office

General office tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Must have experience preparing and filing for permits to be considered for this position.

This is a full-time position. Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Pay rate is based on experience.
