We’re a pediatric practice looking for someone to be the welcoming voice when parents call us. This isn’t just about answering phones and scheduling appointments (though you’ll do that too). It’s about making nervous parents feel heard and being the calm, helpful presence that sets the tone for great care.
What you’ll do:
- Answer phones with the same care and attention you’d give someone standing in front of you
- Schedule appointments and answer text/emails
- Insurance verification, patient recall, referals, collecting balances,
- Stay calm and helpful even when things get busy (because they will!)
- Work alongside a team that genuinely likes each other and pitches in to help

About the Role:
This is a FULL time position.
About You:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in the medical field preferred
- Have great time management skills and ability to multitask
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Must be available to work until 7 pm on weekdays and 1-2 weekend days per month until 7 pm.
