Payroll/Medical Records Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for residents, including tracking treatment plans, medication regimens, and test results
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant confidentiality regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of resident care, including documenting incidents, accidents, and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards, implementing improvements and updates as necessary
Payroll/Medical Records Requirements:
- Prior experience in payroll and/or medical records administration
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
