Job Summary

We are seeking a Time Keeper / Payroll Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the time keepinmg and payroll process for hourly and salaried employees.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks related to payroll and time adjustments
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to maintain employee trust.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources department to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries regarding payroll processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and financial concepts that impact payroll processing.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management or related accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP is essential.
  • Strong understanding of payroll and time keeping.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate account reconciliation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
