Hi! Jenkins & Kemper, CPA’s is looking for a full-time, detail-oriented PAYROLL ASSISTANT for our accounting firm in Downtown Bixby. Job duties include using Excel to reconcile time sheets and deductions, entering payroll information in the software, assisting in processing, assisting with reconciling monthly account balances, and assisting in preparation of monthly financial reports. A financial/bookkeeping background is a must! Some payroll experience is a plus but not mandatory. 40 hours per week. 5 days per week in the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
