The ideal candidate has previous medical scheduling experience, excels at multitasking, and is committed to delivering outstanding service to patients while supporting an efficient clinical workflow.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate provider schedules and appointment availability.
- Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and staff.
- Maintain accurate patient information and scheduling records.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical scheduling, preferably in an orthopedic or specialty practice.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a high-volume environment.
