What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Ensure appropriate staffing is arranged for all patient care
- Coordinate, monitor, and schedule patient care across all clinical areas
- Contact patients and clinicians to schedule and confirm deliveries and visits
- Interpret physician's orders and schedule according to those orders
- Facilitate patient complaints or issues to the appropriate department
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of previous scheduling experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a general office administration setting or a similar fast-paced environment
- Experience in verbal and written communication with various audiences
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous home healthcare experience
- Familiarity with electronic scheduling platforms
- 2 years of experience in a general office administration setting or similar fast-paced environments
