Renew Orthobiologics Center is seeking a full-time Front Office, Patient Experience Coordinator to join our growing practice. As a single-physician specialty clinic, this position plays a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while managing all front office operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Document scanning and medical record management
- Data entry and administrative support
- Assisting with daily office operations to ensure efficient patient flow
