Full Job Description

We are looking for a Patient Coordinator / Receptionist to manage our front desk on 3-4 days per week. We are in need of a pleasant personality that can also manage an excellent customer service role. Multitasking is essential for this position to be able to execute all administrative tasks. We are offering a Part-time position (30-35 hours per week):

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage online, phone and in person appointments
  • Welcome and check in customers
  • Assist customers with planning future treatments
  • Create invoices , process bills and help customers if they have any questions
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive with Social Media
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills to interact with customers, vendors and employees
  • Proficient with computer systems and internet browsing, experience with Patient Now is a plus
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks
  • Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with customers
  • High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18 per hour

  • Ability to work Saturdays and possibly Sundays

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • St Petersburg, FL 33701: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
