Pay: ~ $60,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
First 60 Days Period: Base is $1000/month + competitive tiered commission structure.
After 60 Days: Base is $2000/month + competitive tiered commission structure
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Concierge to join our team. The Patient Concierge for the R3 Alliance Program. They will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within a medical setting. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for providers in the R3 Alliance Program.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with the preparation of medical documents and maintain accurate patient files.
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective patient care and follow-up.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones and managing correspondence.
- Manage incoming leads, including follow up calls/email/texts while utilizing the online portal for designating their status.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Phone sales and/or customer service experience are highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment relevant to administrative tasks such as Google Sheets.
- A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to assist patients throughout their healthcare journey.
