Job Description
We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our front office team. The ability to provide exceptional customer service, be positive, reliable, capable and professional are the key attributes that are desired for this position. The ideal candidate will also be well organized and work well with others in busy environments. Applicants with a minimum of 1 year experience in a Medical Office will be given priority.
Basic duties will include:
Greeting and checking-in patients
Updating and confirming demographic and insurance information
Accurately quoting and collecting insurance co-pays and known charges
Preparing charts
Answering multi-line telephone system
Mastering practice management and electronic health record systems
Requesting and obtaining insurance authorizations
Maintaining organization and professional appearance of personal and common spaces
Processing incoming and outgoing faxes, mail and other communications
Triaging medical and vision patients
Gaining functional knowledge of all departments of clinic
Accurate handling of cash, check and credit card payments
You must be able to multitask to excel in this position.

Hourly Salary DOE, Med/Vision/Dental Ins., PTO, 401(k)

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
