About Hello Hearing

Hello Hearing is an owner-led hearing care practice located in Denver. Our mission is simple: to improve quality of life through better hearing, delivered with compassion, professionalism, and integrity.

We believe every patient deserves to feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for—and that starts the moment they contact our office.

About the Role

We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This role is essential to the patient experience and serves as the first point of contact—on the phone and in person—for those trusting us with their hearing health.

If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a fun, collaborative environment, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to voicemails and text messages
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and consolidate appointments for efficiency
  • Complete daily administrative “to-dos,” including patient check-ins and order follow-ups
  • Place and track hearing aid and supply orders
  • Manage incoming and outgoing product inventory
  • Check patients in and ensure all intake information is accurate and complete
  • Verify patient insurance benefits
  • Assist with patient correspondence, including birthday cards and mailings
  • Support minor patient needs such as:
  • Changing hearing aid parts
  • Assisting with smartphone connections
  • Perform ear cerumen removal (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Friendly, professional, and patient-centered demeanor
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
  • Willingness to learn and support both patients and teammates
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a small, supportive team

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Paid time off:
  • 2 weeks accrued PTO
  • 1 week of sick leave available upon hire
  • Health insurance
  • Consistent 8-hour shifts
  • A positive, upbeat workplace where teamwork matters
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives every day

Our Culture

We’re a close-knit, outgoing team that truly enjoys working together. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile our patients see—and an important part of the warmth and trust we’re known for.

If you love brightening someone’s day and want to be part of a practice that values people over pressure, we’d love to meet you.
