Summary:
We are a growing Med Spa, looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for scheduling patients, managing payments, inventory and follow-up with patients. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, punctual, and have a high regard for taking care of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Demonstrates a knowledge of aesthetic services and is able to independently problem solve and perform duties and responsibilities
· Schedule patients
· New patient registration
· Manage patient payments
· Coordinate patient care, such as assisting with preparing materials prior to appointment and answering questions regarding specialties
· Explain treatment procedure or practitioners’ instructions to patients
· Perform general office duties, such as answering telephones, taking messages, or routing calls
· Check patients in and out
· Follow-up with patients regarding appointments
· Perform other special projects and duties as required
Position Requirements:
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced department and handle multiple tasks
· Excellent customer service skills via Phone, Email and In-Person
· Positive and upbeat personality
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Must be able to work under general supervision and be a team player
· Professional and mature demeanor
· Must have strong multi-tasking skills
· Reliable transportation, travel maybe required between offices
Experience:
· Medical Office Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
· EMR Systems: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
· Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
