- Collect co-payments and explain payment procedures clearly and professionally
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with privacy regulations

Skills
- Proven experience in a medical office setting or healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret patient records and communication

- Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling, insurance verification, and data entry
