Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.

- Maintain accurate records of room occupancy and revenue for reporting purposes.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest relations.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in night audit or front desk operations within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
