Job Summary
We are a home service company seeking a reliable and professional Remote Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and support customer communication. This is a part-time 1099 independent contractor position.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
- Respond to and follow up on online inquiries
- Qualify incoming leads and gather key details
- Schedule sales appointments for field technicians
- Schedule warranty and follow-up service visits
- Answer customer questions about job status and scheduling
- Follow up on open estimates/quotes to drive bookings
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM
Qualifications
- Prior customer service or call handling experience preferred
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience with Jobber CRM is a plus (training provided)
- Must be familiar with the Charlotte metropolitan area (cities, neighborhoods, and general geography)
