Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Receptionist with dealership experience to be the welcoming face of our team. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide outstanding customer service, and support office functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for both customers and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and customers warmly, ensuring they feel valued and attended to promptly.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organization for dealership staff.
  • Handle data entry tasks including filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records using computer software such as Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Assist with office management duties like inventory control and supply ordering.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Support administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting all Departments as needed.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in front desk or office management roles within a dealership or similar environment.
  • Strong proficiency with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication.
  • Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and basic knowledge of CDK.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience supporting office operations in a dealership is a must.
  • Hours – Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm; Sunday 11:00am – 4:00pm
