Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Receptionist position based in Rose Park, SA. The Receptionist will manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Additionally, they will perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and provide excellent customer service to clients and staff.

We have a small team of receptionists working in shifts to cover our opening hours, and this includes some after-hours and Saturday work. Please include your availability in your application.

If a student, first or second year students will be favored as they are likely to stay with us for a longer period of time.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining a professional demeanour.
  • Experience in Clerical Skills, such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining organised records.
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Proficient in Customer Service skills focused on creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy office setting.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or mental health setting and familiarity with confidentiality standards are advantages.
  • Proficiency with office management software and tools is a plus.
