✅ Manage phone calls, emails, and text inquiries efficiently
✅ Schedule and coordinate appointments using our booking system
✅ Process payments
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa experience
✅ Educate clients about our services, promotions, and policies
✅ Assist with light administrative duties and social media content
✅ Work collaboratively with the team to provide the best client experience
