Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid contract role for an Executive Assistant. The individual in this role will provide executive-level administrative support, including managing schedules, maintaining expense reports, coordinating calendar activities, and preparing correspondence. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with office organization and ensuring effective communication between team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Experience preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Experience preparing marketing and outward-facing communications (press releases, posts, newsletters)
  • Strong Executive Support skills, including calendar management and handling correspondence
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in a biotech or healthcare-related environment is a plus
