Our client, a well-established fire protection company in Dover, DE, is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support their Service Department. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is eager to learn and grow into a long-term role within a high-demand, mission-critical industry.

Location: Dover, DE

Pay: $16-$17/hourly

Part-Time Schedule: 24 hours/week. Flexible days/hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document organization

Prepare and build customer service reports and assist with tracking service activities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Service Manager and department staff

Learn internal processes and systems with the goal of taking over data entry and tracking responsibilities

Key Qualifications:

Proven time management and organizational skills

Proficient with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Clear communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to adapt, learn, and take initiative

Professional demeanor with a customer service mindset

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
