We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will support a wide range of legal functions, primarily family law. Duties
- Assist and engage with clients in a kind and professional manner on a daily basis.
- Draft necessary pleadings and financial statements.
- Prepare financial and other disclosures and prepare discovery and discovery responses.
- Manage case files.
- Assist in the preparation for hearings, trials, or mediation by preparing exhibits and compiling relevant case materials.
- Provide administrative support including answering phones, filing documents, managing calendars for deadlines, and handling phone inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Paralegal experience preferred but not required.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent client relations.
- Personable and professional.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with administrative tasks such as filing (both electronic and paper), data entry, and maintaining meticulous records.
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone and personal etiquette.
- Manage calendaring and deadlines meticulously.
Pay: $45,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
