Valley Immediate Care is seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Orthopedic Referral Coordinator & Receptionist to join our growing Orthopedic team.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient experience while coordinating referrals, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, providers, and outside healthcare facilities.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients with outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate orthopedic referrals and imaging (MRI, CT, Ultrasound).
- Schedule appointments while managing provider schedules.
- Communicate with patients regarding referrals and appointments.
- Work closely with providers, clinical staff, billing, and outside medical offices.
- Answer incoming calls and manage electronic communications.
- Maintain accurate documentation while following HIPAA guidelines.
- Help ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience from check-in through checkout.

Preferred Qualifications
- One year of medical office or clinic experience
- Reception or referral coordination experience
- EMR experience (Experity preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
