Pay Rate: $17.00/hr to $18.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift M-F 7am to 3:30pm
Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Representative to join our team in the Kansas City, MO area. In this role, you will be the first line of operational support for processing incoming sales and service orders. You will play a vital part in ensuring our supply chain and customer experience teams operate seamlessly by maintaining 100% accuracy in our database, communicating order statuses, and resolving any discrepancies before fulfillment. This is temp to hire with benefits on perm status.
Essential Job Functions:

Timely and accurate entry of orders

Communicate with customers about sales, products, pricing, promotions

Work with finance department for customer credits

Initiate set up of new accounts

Comply with all department and company policies

Maintain order process, data integrity, and security policies

Assist where needed
