As a valued member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute in a variety of areas, including:
- Welcoming and assisting patients at the front desk
- Medical reception and scheduling
- Medical billing and insurance support
- Medical record scribing
- Assisting with patient care and clinical workflow
No two days are exactly the same, so we’re looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and enjoys multitasking while providing exceptional service to our patients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows
- Solid math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
Schedule Requirements:
- Availability to work until 6:00 PM on weekdays
- Availability until 3:00 PM on Saturdays
- Reliable transportation is required
Compensation:
- Competitive pay based on experience
