Responsibilities:
Experience is NOT a must.
- Performing patient pre-testing (autorefractor, visual fields, etc.
- Assisting the doctor with clinical testing and patient flow
- Providing excellent customer service at the front desk (scheduling, check-in/out)
- Supporting a smooth, efficient, and welcoming patient experience
Ideal candidate:
- Prior experience in eye care or medical office preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person!)
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and team player with strong communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with patients of all ages
