Operations Support Specialist

OVERVIEW: We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide additional support to our Operations team within Rocky Mountain Prep. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong organizational and communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide early-morning scheduling support to fill last-minute assignments.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks such as preparing new-hire packets, collecting paperwork, and scheduling orientation sessions.
  • Help plan and coordinate internal events, trainings, and team meetings.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates for recruiting purposes.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

  • Strong organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft
  • Must interact well with others
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Excellent communication skills, written skills, and interpersonal skills

SCHEDULE:

  • In-office Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
  • Hours may vary based on needs of business
  • Occasional Saturdays may be required to attend community and/or recruitment events

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Physical requirements may vary by assignment and location. Duties may include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as general use of hands and arms. Close vision is required for computer and detailed work.

Work is typically performed in a moderate-noise environment (e.g., office or school setting with light activity).
