Position Overview:
This Operations Manager role leads a high-performance team within a luxury airport environment, overseeing both front and back of house operations. The focus is on delivering flawless service execution, maintaining strict brand standards, and developing team capability through hands-on coaching. The role also plays a key part in service recovery and reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Luxury hospitality operations leadership – Proven ability to lead front and back of house teams in a high-end, service-driven environment
- Team leadership & coaching – Strong experience developing, mentoring, and holding teams accountable to performance and service standards
- Guest service & recovery expertise – Ability to resolve escalated guest issues quickly while maintaining a premium service experience
Nice to Have Skills:
- Airport or high-volume hospitality experience – Familiarity with fast-paced, regulated, or high-traffic environments
- Brand standards execution – Experience enforcing strict service protocols and luxury brand consistency
- Multi-unit or cross-functional coordination – Exposure to working across departments or managing complex operational workflows
