Context
An exciting position has become available for a full time executive to join a friendly team based in Gulshan, Dhaka to support operation in London, UK. The successful candidate will have a passion to learn and progress within a dynamic and fast-growing UK practice.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming enquiries from customers
- Receive requests and process them accordingly
- Liaise regularly with clients and customers to ensure positive working relationships are embedded within the team
- Run and monitor daily progress reports, ensuring these are updated and the details are logged on the internal IT systems
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers, customers and local authorities
- Additional tasks will include filing, typing and other clerical duties & tasks set by Management
Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Education:
- Skills: Team Player, Time Management and Prioritization , Work Ethics , Work Under Pressure
