Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This position requires strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Duties:
– Provide administrative support to the operations team
– Manage and maintain files and documents
– Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
– Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
– Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, copying, and scanning
– Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy
– Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
– Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
– Support the operations team in various projects as needed
Experience:
– Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
– Knowledge of medical office procedures is a bonus
– Excellent customer service skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy in work
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
