You’ll be the person making sure our content goes live right not just fast, but clean, accurate, and fully aligned.
On any given day, you might:
- Upload content on our CMS
- Coordinate with writers, creators, product, and marketing teams
- Manage high-volume workflows for Germany content
- Keep trackers updated (no broken links, no confusion)
- Run QA checks metadata, files, versions, everything
- Follow SOPs closely and flag gaps when something’s missing
- Share clear updates: what’s done, what’s blocked, what’s next
Basically, you’ll be the one who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What we’re looking for
- You’re comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel (filters, formulas, large trackers)
- You’re detail-obsessed — small errors don’t slip past you
- You follow up and close loops without being reminded
- You think logically and ask the right questions
- You’re comfortable using tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to work faster
- You like structured work and high-volume execution
