practitioners, to same-day medicine and pharmaceutical product delivery all around Australia.
About the Role:
The Operations Associate plays a central role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the
operations & support teams. This position is responsible for overseeing team performance,
managing processes, supporting practitioner communication, analysing performance data, and
contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role works closely with managers,
practitioners, and cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of operational efficiency and
service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Team Performance
- Oversee the performance of the support teams, ensuring adherence to established
processes and guidelines
- Provide guidance and training to Support Managers, identifying opportunities for ongoing
improvements to enhance team productivity and effectiveness
2. Process Documentation Management
- Review and update operational processes as required to optimise efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of process updates for easy reference
3. Doctor Communication & Escalation
- Handle escalated issues or concerns from practitioners promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with practitioners to address queries, feedback, or requests, ensuring their needs
are met
- Act as the initial point of contact for practitioner concerns, escalating as required
- Regularly communicate practitioner feedback and issues to management
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Define key metrics and performance indicators (e.g., practitioner communication, support
team performance)
- Analyse team performance data and present findings with recommendations for
continuous improvement
5. Support Team Recognition & Motivation
- Highlight outstanding contributions from support team members to recognise and
motivate the teams
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and
teamwork
6. Ad-hoc Projects
- Contribute to projects or initiatives related to support operations, process
improvement, or other relevant areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and successful
outcomes.
