We’re a young team building Aknir, a deep-tech startup in the space sector, and looking for someone highly organized to help us turn chaos into execution as we grow.
🛰️ What’s Aknir?
We’re building tools that help space teams structure and manage complex engineering projects more clearly, reliably, and efficiently from the very beginning.
Why?
Because the space sector is growing fast, but entering it is still incredibly fragmented, standards-heavy, and difficult, especially for newer teams without decades of heritage behind them.
We want to make serious engineering execution more structured, accessible, and scalable without sacrificing precision.
💻 Things you’d help with:
- organizing workflows & meetings
- taking meeting notes
- tracking deadlines & follow-ups
- helping coordinate workshops/events
- improving internal structure
- making sure things actually move forward

We are currently pre-incorporation, so this is not a salaried role initially.
We’re mainly looking for someone who wants to gain real responsibility, help shape how we operate early on, and grow together with the company as things scale.
