About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Operations Associate to join our growing recruitment consultancy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in operations, recruitment, and HR within the GCC market. Full training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with government compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Help coordinate recruitment processes and candidate pipelines
- Utilise technology tools and systems for data management and reporting
- Provide general HR and operational support to the team
- Learn and contribute to process improvements as you gain experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any field
- Strong communication skills Arabic & English
- Highly organised, reliable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working remotely with a proactive attitude
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
- No prior experience required – training will be provided
