Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to ensure excellent service
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and maintain a positive work environment
- Perform warehouse duties, including organizing inventory, packing orders, and maintaining cleanliness
- Handle local deliveries safely and efficiently using company vehicle
- Support sales efforts by assisting customers, processing orders, and promoting products, and establishing new clients
- Answer incoming calls, take accurate orders, and respond to customer inquiries
- Manage email correspondence, including customer service, order updates, and miscellaneous tasks
- Use basic computer programs for data entry, order processing, and internal communication
Skills
- Friendly, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using basic computer programs (email, order entry, spreadsheets)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for local deliveries
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or warehouse operations is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
