Operations Assistant, Consulting Firm. Bank/Liverpool street. Up to £40,000 + bonus + benefits

Hybrid (3 days WFH). Walking distance Bank / Liverpool St Station.

Newly created role within a global consultancy firm who are seeking an Operations Assistant (with marketing duties). This role plays a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. A varied role combining operations, marketing, client engagement, office management, and executive assistance. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Operations & Administration including billing, invoicing, client onboarding, CRM management, first point of contact for building manager
  • Executive Assistant support to two, managing diaries, inboxes, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Marketing & Communications including the coordination of marketing activities, management of LinkedIn company page (posting and maximising exposure), monitoring of HubSpot
  • Events & Networking, organising, and coordinating internal/external events, assisting with/suggesting networking activities
  • Office & Facilities Management including oversight of IT, mobile phones, desk setup, AC, office supplies, overview of fire wardens/first aid officers (arranging training and compliance)

Key requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ Team Assistant/Operations experience, ideally within professional services
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Confident liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience desirable but not essential)
  • Proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused approach
