Job Description

  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support team members with various operational and coordination tasks.
  • Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical records.
  • Assist with invoice management.
  • Monitor and order supplies and inventory.
  • Provide Customer support where needed.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced English language skills (Verbal and Written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and be dependable.
  • Possess high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced or changing environment
