GO Wireline, Employees Owned Company (ESOP) is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Admin Coordinator to support our Colorado office. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking and keeping things organized.

What You’ll Do

  • Support inventory tracking, purchase orders, and documentation
  • Review tickets and paperwork for compliance (DOT, HSE)
  • Enter and maintain data in systems (Finale, KPA, etc.)
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding (ADP, email, training, system access)
  • Track employee certifications, training, and compliance records
  • Assist with equipment tracking and employee setup (FR gear, systems access)
  • Handle high-volume administrative tasks and maintain organized records

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in admin, operations, or office coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Comfortable with data entry and multiple systems
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities
  • Oilfield or compliance experience is a plus

Pay: $58,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
