E. Chandler, Arizona, is a vibrant 55+ Active Adult community offering resort-style living. The community features a large recreation center with amenities such as a ballroom with stage, card room, billiard room, craft room, conference rooms, fitness centers, library, and concierge desk. Outdoor amenities include pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes pits, and cornhole. Water recreation includes outdoor pools, a jacuzzi, and an 18-hole golf course with a clubhouse restaurant.
The community has 1149 homes and is homeowner-controlled.
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the General Manager and residents at the on-site property, providing daily customer service to homeowners and HOA board members.
Position Responsibilities
Perform a wide spectrum of administrative duties essential for enforcing community Covenants, Compliance & Regulations (CC&Rs), and support to on-site staff.
Develop relationships with community board members, committee members, and homeowners.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues via phone and face-to-face interactions.
Maintain calendars, appointments, correspondence, and database information.
Arrange meetings and prepare notifications for involved parties.
Assist with community inspections of common areas as per management contract.
Coordinate with vendors for bids and directions.
Perform general accounting duties, including A/P, A/R, and invoice coding.
Maintain accurate association records.
Perform other duties as directed by management.

Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and handle large volumes of administrative and customer requests.
Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, and email systems.
Positive interaction with homeowners and staff at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superior customer service and phone etiquette.
Collaborative work approach within and across departments.
Physical Demands &
Work Environment
Primarily sitting at a computer in an office setting.
Walking/driving through the community for inspections.
Assisting with event setup and breakdown as needed.
