Sonicgrace is a growing Consumer Electronics manufacturer and distributors. Our main products are Smart Home Devices. Our factory is in Shenzhen, China. Our US office is in Chino, CA.
We are looking for a competent Online sale assistant to perform various clerical tasks to support our office. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from processing drop ship orders, answering the phone, and other jobs assigned. NO ONLINE SALES EXPERINCE REQUIRED. We will provide basic training of products and working skills.
Responsibilities:
· Processing and booking dropship orders.
· Maintain product listing our online account.
· Answering phone calls and responding to customer questions.
· Taking care of customer returned products and replacement.
· Support on diverse projects as necessary.
· Perform other office duties as assigned.
Requirement:
· Familiarity with office procedures and basic software
· Working knowledge of office devices and processes
· Online business experience is plus
· Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
· Self motivation, detail oriented, team work
· Job Types: Full-time
Working hours：
· Full time job: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Working in place: Chino Office
