Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible, motivated individual for a full-time, year-round caretaker role. This position involves a variety of tasks to ensure the property is well-maintained and guests are cared for with excellence. We are seeking someone who possesses a friendly personality with a commitment to helping guests with a smile, individuals who are honest, reliable, and take pride in their work, and must have a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
Summer/Fall Months: Typical shifts are from 8 a.m. or 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 4 p.m., depending on the daily workload. Winter/Spring Months: After the holiday season, shifts during the week may be shorter due to low-season, with time used for deep cleaning and property touch-ups.
Responsibilities
- Housekeeping and laundry (requires lifting, bending, and kneeling)
- Light office work
- Light general maintenance and repairs
Experience
- Prior hotel housekeeping experience is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with laundry
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
Additional Details
- On-site furnished riverfront housing
- Salary (pay will be discussed during interview)
