Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while contributing to a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivable
- Assist with Marketing / Advertising collaboration
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate ordering as needed
- Support staff with clerical tasks as needed
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming office environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Bank Deposits
- Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and coordinate repairs when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous office support experience (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Work Environment:
- Office-based setting with standard business hours
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
