We are a well-respected community association property management company specializing in providing association management services to homeowners in North Florida. We are looking for someone that has a can-do attitude for providing excellent customer service. Must have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, effectively prioritize, manage and achieve results while being able to multi-task.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following:
Schedules and organizes meetings
Maintains and updates filing system. Retrieves information from files when needed.
Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls.
Answers phones/greets visitors and takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions. Works in cooperation with other staff members to cover phones.
Responds to regularly occurring requests for information
Assist in coordinating office events or meetings.
Assists in office inventory and order supplies
Run weekly / monthly reports as directed.
Document uploads to document imaging management software.
Input residential information.
Sort and file all correspondence.
Attends Homeowners Meetings as needed. Some evenings required.
Maintain confidentiality on all matters
COMPETENCIES:

Knowledge of Property Management/Homeowners Associations is a plus.
Special Requirements
Physical demands include ability to lift up to 35lbs; standing, sitting, walking and occasional climbing. The employee is required to work at a personal computer for extended periods of time as well as talking on the phone for extended periods of time. Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner. Pay: $38,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
