Office Secretary – Car Rental Company | JLT, Dubai
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our car rental company based in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
• Generate invoices, quotations, and rental agreements accurately
• Manage customer records and company documentation
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations
• Prepare reports, update records, and ensure document accuracy
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams as required
• Keep office records organized and up to date
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Office Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Strong filing, record management, and organizational skills
• Experience in invoice generation and document preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain attention to detail
• Experience in the car rental industry will be an advantage
