At EverReady Services, we’re seeking a reliable and detail-focused Office & Scheduling Coordinator to support our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer communication, and helping operations run efficiently behind the scenes.

As a central point of coordination for our office, you’ll help manage schedules, assist customers, maintain records, and provide administrative support that keeps daily operations moving smoothly.

Position Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential, as the day begins promptly at 8:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities may include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer emails professionally
  • Scheduling appointments and assisting with route planning
  • Coordinating communication between office staff and field teams
  • Processing customer payments and updating account records
  • Assisting with deposits and basic administrative accounting tasks
  • Maintaining organized files, calendars, and operational records
  • Supporting office processes to improve efficiency and organization

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Dependable and consistently punctual
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable using phone, email, and office software
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Customer-service focused with a positive attitude

Previous experience in office administration, scheduling, customer support, reception, or coordination is beneficial but not required.

Typing Assessment

Applicants selected to move forward will complete a typing test.

Minimum requirement: 50 words per minute (WPM)

Compensation & Growth

  • Starting pay: $18.00/hour
  • Increase to $19.00/hour after 30 days
  • Increase to $20.00/hour after 6 months

Additional advancement opportunities may be available based on performance, contribution, and increased responsibilities.
